Trailmaster Women's MTB Camp

Peak to Peak Endurance is honored to partner with Olympian and National Champ Ann Trombley as we host her Trailmaster Women's Only Mountain Bike Camp! This camp is geared towards the beginner to intermediate rider who is looking to take their riding to the next level. Under Ann's expert guidance you will learn new skills, make new friends and ride on some the best single track in Colorado. 

Over the course of this weekend you will learn the skills necessary to take your riding to the next level. 

The camp will run from 9/24-26 in Winter Park, CO. 

This camp is all inclusive. Included in the price is lodging, and all meals. There is an additional charge if you need a rental bike or a bike assembled.

SCHEDULE:

Friday

4:00/4:30: Arrive! Meet and great and Riders get shown to their rooms

5:30-6:30 Short ride, grounding/pull card and introduction

7:00-8:00 Dinner

8:00-9:00: Go over schedule, allergies?, injuries?, where is first aid? , where to go if you need help?

9:30 Bed time!

Saturday

8:00-8:30: Short walk, core and upper body exercises and stretching!

8:30-9:30 Breakfast

10:00- 12:00  Skills session

  1. Neutral and Ready

  2. Breaking

  3. Front and rear wheel lift

  4. Track Stands

  5. Getting over small obstacles

  6. Climbing and descending (ifTime)

 

12:30-1:30 Lunch

1:30-2:30 After lunch rest time?!

2:30-5:30 Go out and ride and practice skills!

6:30-8:00 Dinner

8:00-9:00 Visualization?!/Nutrition talk

9:30 Bed time!!

 

Sunday

8:00-8:30: Short walk, core and upper body exercises and stretching!

8:30-9:30 Breakfast

10:00-12:00  Skills session

 

  1. Climbing and descending

  2. Cornering: switch backs and sweeping

  3. Roll down lunge/small launch

 

12:30-1:30 Lunch

1:30-3:30 Go out and ride and practice skills!

3:30-4:30 Brag!  And wrap up!
